Class A | Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian (15-10) vs. Waldron (26-0) | Game begins at 10:36 a.m. EST; Gates open at 9:30 a.m.

Class 2A | Jimtown (24-2) vs. Brownstown Central (27-1) | Game begins approximately 40 minutes following conclusion of previous game

 

Session II

Class 3A | Bellmont (22-4) vs. Evansville Mater Dei (20-6) | Game begins 6:36 p.m. EST; Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

Class 4A | Columbia City (25-3) vs. Lawrence North (28-2) | Game begins approximately 40 minutes following conclusion of previous game

Venue: Conseco Fieldhouse, (capacity 18,500); This is the fifth year the IHSAA Boys State Finals have been played in this venue. It is the home of the Indiana Pacers (NBA), Indiana Fever (WNBA) and the Indiana Firebirds (Arena Football League).

Tickets: Single Session $10.00 | Season (All Day) $18.00 | Reserved tickets can be purchased at the participating schools the week of the state finals. Contact those schools for ticket distribution hours. Television: WHMB-TV, Indianapolis is originating the broadcast of all four games on the IHSAA Championship Television Network. Calling play-by-play for all four games will be Chris Denari with Dave Nicholson doing the color analysis and Craig Wallin as the sideline reporter. | Television Stations Broadcasting The Games

Radio: WIBC Radio in Indianapolis will act as the originating station for all four games of the IHSAA Championship Radio Network. Kevin Lee will provide the play-by-play for the Class A and 2A games with Pete Smith providing analysis and Bob Lovell reporting from the sidelines. Some Of America’s Bravest: Fans are encouraged to arrive early prior to start of the Class A and 3A games for the Presentation of Colors. The IHSAA is honored to have the Indiana Army National Guard, HHC 1st Battalion, 152nd Infantry Color Guard handle the duty during this year’s boys basketball state finals. All five members of the color guard -- Staff Sergeant Mark Kramer, Staff Sergeant Wayne Nealy, Specialist Danny Brescher, Specialist Jesus Monarrez and Specialist Ryan Sermersheim -- have recently returned from a 475 day tour in support of Operation Enduring Freedom & Operation Iraqi Freedom. They spent many days in many locations from Camp Doha, Kuwait to Baghdad, Iraq. All of them reside in Jasper, Indiana.

 

1954 Milan Indians & Cast from Hoosiers To Be On Hand: In honor of the 50th Anniversary of that legendary 1954 state championship game, several members of the Milan High School team will be on hand as will some members of the cast of the award-winning 1986 movie, Hoosiers. Both groups will be introduced on the floor of Conseco Fieldhouse at halftime of the Class A & 3A state championship games.
