Saturday, March 20, 1999 at Perry Meridian High School, Indianapolis.
Opening Ceremonies at 12:30 p.m.; Team Competition at 1 p.m.
Sectionals
Advancement
The top three teams, the top six finishers in each individual event and the top six in the all-around competition will advance to the regional meet. Also advancing to the regional will be any gymnast who matches or betters the score of the sixth place gymnast at last year’s state meet in a respective event.

Regionals
Advancement
The team compiling the highest number of points at each regional shall advance as a complete team to the state meet. Individually, the top six finishers in each individual event and the top six in the all-around competition will advance to the state meet. Also advancing to the state meet would be any gymnast who matches or betters the score of the sixth place gymnast at last year’s state meet in a respective event.
