A note to readers: the IHSAA has attempted to list every person – individual or relay event – who has ever won a state championship since the inception of the state tournament series. Due to the vagueness of the state results in earlier years, some information is unavailable and highlighted below. Some of the missing information includes full names of relay members, first names of various individuals, grade in school and some diving scores. If you can provide any verification – a newspaper article or yearbook page as an example – to help recognize these individuals’ achievements or you need to report an error, it would be greatly welcomed.
