HEARINGS
A hearing was conducted to consider the appeal of Mitchell Paige, a student at Guerin Catholic High School. Mitchell had been declared to have limited eligibility on the basis of Rule 19-6.2. A hearing was requested in order to appeal the ruling and obtain full eligibility. Following the hearing the students’ family and legal counsel for the IHSAA submitted findings of fact. Having analyzed all of the available data, the IHSAA Review Committee voted to uphold the decision of the Commissioner.

A hearing was conducted to consider the appeal of Chelsea Bilger, a student at Indianapolis Cathedral High School. Chelsea had been declared ineligible on the basis of Rule 19-4. A hearing was requested in order to appeal the ruling and obtain full eligibility. Following the hearing the legal counsel for the student’s family and for the IHSAA submitted findings of fact. Having analyzed all of the available data, the IHSAA Review Committee voted to uphold the decision of the Commissioner.

A hearing was conducted to consider the appeal of Ryne Sternberg, a student at Culver Academies. Ryne had been declared ineligible on the basis of Rule 12-2. A hearing was requested in order to appeal the ruling and obtain an additional year of full eligibility. Following the hearing the students’ family and legal counsel for the IHSAA submitted findings of fact. Having analyzed all of the available data, the IHSAA Review Committee voted to uphold the decision of the Commissioner.
