Spring is here!  This can be a challenging time for those athletes that have completed their sports and play no spring sports.  How are you going to stay in shape?  Are you graduating or will you be back next year?

First, take care of the classroom.  Don't let up, keep working on your grades.

If you are playing a spring sport, make it a season to remember.  Be the teammate that coaches and team members enjoy competing with and being with on a daily basis.

If you aren't in a spring sport, work hard on your conditioning and fundamentals for the sports you will play in the summer or fall.  Remember, most athletes are made in the off-season.  This is your chance to make the progress necessary to be a successful student-athlete in the future!
