Sullivan HS Student-Athlete Nominated for National Award
Alysia Bennett, a senior at Sullivan High School, has been nominated by the IHSAA for the National High School Spirit of Sport Award, an honor sponsored annually by the Indianapolis-based National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). Also, the Carmel girls swimming and diving team eyes another record this weekend.

Record Number of Teams in Girls Basketball Tournament
The brackets for the 37th Annual IHSAA Girls Basketball State Tournament presented by Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance were filled this evening with a record number of teams. Playing schedules will be announced by the host schools this week.

Individual Wrestling Sectionals Begin Saturday
Individual Wrestling Sectionals begin Saturday plus a New York Giants Trio Returns Home for Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis and information on Sunday's Pairings Show for the IHSAA Girls Basketball State Tournament. All is included in the linked IHSAA News Release.
