2. Jasper

Match 1: Winner at Seymour vs. Winner at Vincennes Lincoln.

Match 2: Winner at Floyd Central vs. Winner at Jasper.

Championship: Winner of Match 1 vs. Winner of Match 2.

3. LaPorte

Match 1: Winner at South Bend Clay vs. Winner at Portage.

Match 2: Winner at Highland vs. Winner at Northridge.

4. North Central (Indianapolis)

Match 1: Winner at North Central (Indpls.) vs. Winner at Center Grove.
