IHSAA RADIO NETWORK TO CARRY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT DRAW THIS SUNDAY
As was announced in last
weeks release, the pairings for the 33rd Annual State Football
Tournament Series will be drawn on Sunday, Oct. 2 at the IHSAA Office in
Upon conclusion of the 90-minute
broadcast, the complete pairings will be placed on the IHSAA website at www.ihsaa.org.
One slight change to this
years draw is that, unlike in previous years, the second team drawn in
each first-round game will serve as the host. Teams drawing a bye into the
second round will continue to be the road team, however.
Members of the media and the
general public are welcome to attend the pairings show,
however there is limited space available in the building.
A list of
47 radio affiliates are scheduled
to carry the broadcast and are listed below. Any interested radio station
wishing to carry the show should immediately contact Mark Higdon of Associated
Sports Productions at 317-633-1462.
