FIRST WEEK OF FALL SPORTS STATISTICS COMPILED

Following the first week of competition, the IHSAA, using the on-line service at Athlistics.com, has published the state’s statistical leaders in several categories in the sports of football, soccer and volleyball. The listings can be found later in this news release.

The IHSAA has encouraged every member school to participate in this statistical compilation by designating a single individual to register at www.athlistics.com  and to maintain the school’s team and individual statistics throughout the season.

Athlistics maintains a similar look to last year when it was known as Stats & Go while several features have been upgraded and new ones added. The information contained at Athlistics.com comes with a subscription fee to all but those registered to input the data from the participating schools.

Subscribers to the site will be able to assist their favorite school’s athletic department as 25 percent of subscription revenue benefits a school designated by the individual.

All updates should conclude each Monday at 10 a.m. ET as the leaders in various categories will be published for free on the IHSAA website and distributed to the state’s media each Tuesday.
