Key Change in High School Wrestling Rules Focuses on Reducing Injury Risk

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 1, 2025) — In an effort to minimize risk of injury in high school wrestling, a revision in the leg block or cut-back maneuver was recommended by the NFHS Wrestling Rules Committee at its April 6-8 meeting in Indianapolis.
