Kurt Gutgsell to be honored with Distinguished Media Service Award Friday

One of Southwest Indiana's most recognizable television and radio personalities, Kurt Gutgsell of WBDC Radio and WJTS TV 18 in Jasper, will be presented the 2019-20 Distinguished Media Service Award for District 3.
