2023-24 Unified Track & Field State Tournament

Sectionals
May 18, 2024

State Tournament Entry List Deadline: Friday, May 10, 2024, 4 pm ET / 3 pm CT.

Admission: All tickets will be digital through your mobile phone and may be purchased through Eventlink (additional fees may apply). Present your purchase verification on your mobile phone at the gate for admission. $5 per person. Children age 5 and younger admitted free. All seats general admission. No pass outs.

Advancement
Advancement will be by team.  Individuals will not advance.  Team advancement is determined by the top three team finishers at each sectional.  The top three (3) teams from each Sectional will advance to the Regional.  Ties will be broken by the appropriate protocol.

In the event of a tie(s) for 3rd place (and qualifying for the Regionals), the tie will be broken by determining the most number of 1st place finishes in individual heats, inclusive of shot put and long jump. If a tie still exists, the tie will be broken by determining the most number of 2nd places finishes. That process will continue until the tie is broken.

If a tie still exists, a coin will be flipped to determine the team(s) that will advance to the next level of the tournament.  In the event of a tie for a team championship, both teams will be recognized as winners, and duplicate awards will be provided for both teams.
